Meeting was called to order @ 5:15pm at Gouw onion shop in Taber Alberta
Clubs represented: Taber, Pincher creek, Cereal, Medicine Hat, Raymond, Leader Sask, and Lancer Sask.

~Event dates and new class rules updated for 2025, Website assigned to - Jesse
~ Facebook Page assigned to - Logan, Jesse and Shawn
~You tube channel assigned to - Logan
~Mandatory safety meeting sheet to be built and used by all club events going forward assigned to - Dylan and Shawn
~Yearly AGM meetings first Saturday of December ( Dec,6 2026)
~ Entry fees $75 across the board for all events, clubs call if they
choose to lower entry fees
~developed website fee schedule for all clubs to pay annually at their turn - assigned to Jesse
~ Event dates locked as of 2025, discuss with Logan and Jesse if you want to move your event date.

Dustin reviewed the minutes from the 2018 meeting.
​
Vehicle Rules:
-Garry Fletcher moved to amend the call out of drivers: A Vehicle may be called out if suspected of being over horsepower by a driver in the same class as the vehicle being called out. This callout may be made only in the event that the vehicle is in question. Seconded by Greg Chartier. carried.

Class Rules:
-Jason Cote moved to amend U-joint guards: U-joint guards are required for pro stock and up and are recommended for super stock. Seconded by Gerald Huber. Carried
- Logan Gouw moved to add sea-level horsepower numbers to Pro Stock and Modified. Seconded by Greg Chartier. carried.
-Richard Johnston moves to amend Dyno Parameters- Dyno Drum parameters to be determined by the dyno operator. Seconded by Garry Fletcher. Carried.

Safety Infractions need to be emailed out to all event organizers after they are discovered.
